MIDI Tapper released, microsynth updated

October 07, 2017

Dear MIDI Tapper, your day has finally arrived! Beta testing officially ends today, and the first non-beta release is now available. Everyone who participated in beta testing receives a discount on a new license equal to the price of the beta version. To claim the discount, simply log into your account and go to the MIDI Tapper product page. As long as you are logged in, the reduced price is available to you.

An unusual problem with microsynth running on Windows was reported this week by a customer in Israel. The software produced no sound. It turns out that this may have also happened for a number of Windows users trying out the software for the first time, although I never heard about it. The problem has been fixed, along with a startup crash which some users on both platforms have occasionally experienced.

If you have a license for microsynth purchased through this website, please download the update from the microsynth software page. If you have purchased microsynth from the Mac App Store, the update will be issued to you there.

Regards,
Aaron
