The new Universal Tuning Editor fixes all reported issues. These included many minor fixes for display quirks such as tuning lists oddly appearing too short or too tall, text not updating on keys in the detail view, and an obscured checkbox on Windows, and so on. On Windows the Period Up / Down keyboard shortcuts at some point were broken by a Windows update, so these have been changed to Page-Up and Page-Down keys that now work. For Lumatone owners who use Windows, a problem with the Windows MIDI driver and Sysex messages has been fixed, so that the Lumatone is now recognised as connected on Windows. Because I don’t own a Lumatone myself, I corresponded with Lumatone owner Giancarlo Sacchetti who tested beta versions to get this working, so special thanks go to him this time around.
